Initial subscriptions are called "Super Users."  This level has access to all features, including the Service Pro Local A.I. Marketing dashboard. Initial price includes a set up fee of $297 plus first months payment. Standard user seats are $27 per month for each seat.  These seats only have access to the Local Boost to perform jobsite actions.
