Welcome to Service Pro Local! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our software platform and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Subscription & Fees
1.1 Monthly Subscription Fee – The standard fee for using Service Pro Local is $297 per month. This fee grants access to the platform’s core features.
1.2 Additional Purchases – Users may purchase additional services or products within the platform, which are separate from the monthly subscription and billed accordingly.
1.3 A.I.-Powered Ads Fee – If you choose to use our A.I.-powered advertising platform, you will be charged an additional fee of 10% of your total ad spend. This fee is separate from and in addition to any advertising costs incurred through third-party platforms. This fee is charged weekly.
1.4 Billing & Payment – All fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You authorize Service Pro Local to charge your selected payment method. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
2. No Guarantee of Results
2.1 No Performance Guarantee – Service Pro Local provides marketing tools and services to assist home service contractors. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increased leads, revenue, or return on investment.
2.2 No Liability for Business Outcomes – You acknowledge and agree that Service Pro Local is not responsible or liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or lack of results from using the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Compliance – You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
3.3 Use Restrictions – You may not use the Service to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 No Refunds – Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
4.2 Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Warranty – The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2 Liability Cap – To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Pro Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
